How to Exchange an Item (Purchased from outside of the UK):

1. Print and complete the exchange form.

2. Attach the address label to the outside of your package.

3. Send your item(s) back to us with the form inside — we’ll handle the rest!

Return Window:

• You have 30 days to return unwanted items for an exchange.

• Sale items can be refunded if they meet our returns policy.

Please Note:

• We don’t offer free exchanges — you’ll need to cover return postage.

• Use recorded delivery for your own protection and keep your proof of postage.

• All items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in resellable condition.

• We cannot accept returns of men’s boxers or water bottles for hygiene reasons.

• Returns are usually processed within 14 days of arrival.
