How To Use The Return Portal:

1. Click Open Returns Portal - HERE  

2. Enter your Order Number and Email Address

3. Choose the items you want to return or exchange

4. Select your return or exchange option

5. Print the return label and stick it on your package

6. Drop off your parcel at the location shown in the portal

💡 Return postage costs will be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive and verify your return, your refund or replacement will be sent out.

⏳ Returns are processed within 10 working days

Important Notes:

• Men’s boxers and water bottles cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

• Please do not return faulty/damaged items and refer instead of our FAQ page 'I have an issue with my order'.
