Q: How long do I have to return my order during the festive period?
A: Our extended festive returns policy allows orders placed from November 1st to be returned up until 15 January 2026.

A: Yes. Please use recorded/tracked delivery and keep proof of postage.
Q: What condition must items be in?
A: Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in re-sellable condition.
Q: Are any items non-returnable?
A: Yes — we cannot accept men’s boxers or water bottles for hygiene reasons.
Q: How long does a refund take?
A: Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return.

📦 How Do I Return an Item for a Refund?
Q: What steps should I follow to return an item for a refund?
A:
- Print and complete the return form attached.
- Attach the address label to the outside of your package - see attached.
- Take your parcel to your local postal office and obtain a return label. Please keep your proof of return safe - we will need this if you have any questions!
- Send your item(s) back with the form inside — we’ll process your refund once received- within 10 working days.
UK Returns
UK customers can return items in two ways:
Use our Returns Portal (fast and simple),
OR
Return via your local Post Office — just make sure to keep your proof of postage (receipt). Please return to the following address- if you select this option and also find attached return form, located under the return address:

How To Use The Return Portal:
Click Open Returns Portal - HERE
Enter your Order Number and Email Address
Choose the items you want to return or exchange
Select your return or exchange option
Print the return label and stick it on your package
Drop off your parcel at the location shown in the portal
💡 Return postage costs will be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive and verify your return, your refund or replacement will be sent out.
⏳ Returns are processed within 10 working days
Important Notes:
Men’s boxers and water bottles cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Please do not return faulty/damaged items and refer instead of our FAQ page 'I have an issue with my order'.
