Once we have received your return back to our external warehouse, please allow up to 10 working days* for this to be processed, when this has been processed you will be notified via email.
If 10 working days have passed and you have not been notified please email [email protected] with the following details:
1. The order number relating to your return
2. Your tracking number for your return/ SWAP return order number
